Historic renovation of circa 1880s single-family home

5,100-sf addition/renovation of a circa 1880s single-family residence in the Historic District of Topsham, Maine.  The renovation features a new third-story dormer reading room addition and a bunkhouse renovation over the barn/garage.  The basement will include a lounge area and climate-controlled wine cellar.

The Island Project, Midcoast Maine

Master plan of a 28-acre island with a planned 6,400 sf boathouse/4-bedroom residence, a 3,500 sf single-family residence and the renovation/expansion of an existing 400 sf cottage.  Project includes complicated building permitting through Maine LUPC and zoning and fill permitting for the boathouse through FEMA.  Also included in the project is design and permitting of a temporary docking structure, temporary loading areas, existing path improvements and moveable gazebo structures.

Home Office, Brunswick, Maine

This 150-square foot office has vaulted ceilings, excellent natural light, and an energy efficient heat pump for heating and cooling. The design in a twist on the traditional shed vernacular, where the roof pitches down in front, rather than back, allowing for an ample covered porch up front and an eleven-foot rear wall, with windows framing the beautiful stream behind the building.

Brewery and Restaurant, Scarborough, ME

Architect of record for 10,000 sf restaurant with integrated microbrewery.  This new 2-story building includes a full open kitchen, open dining room and bar area and mezzanine seating area with deck.  The brewery portion has a 15-barrel brewhouse and separate loading dock.
